Meadow Creek trailer smokers come with a list of standard features other manufacturers usually sell as options. As on all our TS trailer models, this BBQ smoker trailer comes with non-rusting T304 stainless steel grates, a warming box to keep your food warm, and a slide-out ash pan which helps your fire burn efficiently and makes clean-up more convenient. Reverse flow design makes it a breeze to maintain a steady temperature on long cooks.
Built by experts in welding and trailer manufacturing, this classy BBQ smoker is designed to give you many years of dependable service. The TS120 is just like the TS250 BBQ Smoker, but smaller.
Deck it out with a mounted BBQ26 or BBQ42, stainless steel work shelves, insulated firebox, and trim package for a rig that will look great behind your pickup truck.
The TS120 is a fine option for mobile chefs and serious barbecue enthusiasts. Whether you are cooking for clients or family and friends, this rig will help you crank out delicious, mouth-watering barbecue every time.
Just received my TS120 (no chicken cooker, just the tank and warming box) on Sunday, 25 July 2021. Bought it from Mason-Dixon BBQ out of Greencastle, PA and Fredrick, MD. Right now, I’m in love with it. Got the stainless shelves, the smoke in the warmer, the insulated fire box, added temp probe ports, the vinyl trap/cover, and the charcoal basket. Now, granted, I’ve only completed two cooks on it after seasoning it, but here are my thoughts:
The good. Holds temps, easy to keep a fire going. Temps across the pit at the bottom grate are within 50 degrees, which is a huge upgrade from what I was using. The built in thermometer seems to be calibrated. Can hold a ton of food.
Area of improvement: it leaks a bit, but not a whole lot, out of the main door. It isn’t much, and if it gets to bothering me, then I will just put some high temp sealing strip. If I had to do it again, I would not get the charcoal basket. The reason is that you lose about three inches on the side and it is hard to put logs in cross-wise (total, not each side. So 1.5 inches on each side). If I had to do it over, I’d buy it standard and buy a third party charcoal basket.
Overall, though, I love this thing and I’m in love with it. The build quality is great. Really great. As for the gripes, they are really minor. My only feedback, other than the minor leak, is for meadow creek to add a grate to the bottom of the charcoal box slide so you can have a choice in how you want to use the firebox.
Again, love this smoker. Five star rating overall because my gripes are so minor (at least to me).
