Initial Responsibilities
To become a Meadow Creek dealer, you must have (1) a store front with a retail sales location and (2) a resale license number. You must also commit to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Stock and maintain a display of Meadow Creek equipment for sale
- Represent the Meadow Creek line fairly and honestly
- Actively market the Meadow Creek line
What We Do for You
We offer our dealers varying special discounts throughout the year. You’ll also get free full color catalogs and other product literature, a large library of high resolution images, color banners, and other promotional and marketing support. Your contact information will be listed on our company website dealer locater.
Meadow Creek limits the number of dealerships to maintain a reasonable geographical sales area for each dealer. Meadow Creek reserves the exclusive right to add or remove dealers based on our assessment of sales volume in an area.
Discounts and Terms
Dealer cost is 30% off the suggested retail price list. If your dealer application is approved, you must purchase Meadow Creek products amounting to a dealer cost of at least $20,000.00 or 5 units, whichever is higher. You will be expected to increase that volume annually.
Your first order must be paid before shipment. If your first order exceeds $30,000.00, you will receive an additional 5% discount on that order. If your credit is approved, all orders after the first will be subject to the following payment terms:
- You will receive a 2% additional discount on any invoice paid within 10 days.
- Any invoice not paid in full (net) within 30 days from the invoice date will incur a service charge of 2% of the unpaid balance for each month the invoice is not paid in full.
Shipping is always your responsibility unless you have made other specific arrangements with the owner of Meadow Creek or his authorized representative. Meadow Creek will drop-ship to your customer at your request.
Year-End Rebates
At the end of each calendar year, dealers whose accounts remain in good standing receive a rebate based on total wholesale purchases. Rebates are distributed at our annual dealer event in New Holland, and you must be present at the event to receive your rebate check.
The rebate cannot be used to pay an invoice that is not paid in a timely manner at the end of the year.
