After grilling chicken on our cement block grill for the last 30 years, we purchased a Meadow Creek chicken grill trailer from Coalway in Applecreek. We love it! Every time we use our new grill we save at least 36lbs. of charcoal, and around 30 minutes of time. We purchased a trailer model and added the pull out tray option. If we have a flame up or want to add charcoal one person can pull the rack off the fire. What a great option! We have grilled thousands of chickens over the years, and I wonder just how much charcoal and time we would of saved if we had this grill earlier. Also the quality of the grill is excellent!
