
Do gas fired units come with a propane tank?
No. New tanks can be ordered as an option but must be filled at a location local to you.
Tanks can usually be purchased locally from your fuel source.
How long can I expect my Meadow Creek cooker to last?
With proper maintenance it is reasonable to expect a cooker to last 15 to 20 years.
How do I clean my cooker?
Most of the charcoal cookers have a removable ash pan which can dumped in a safe place. The entire unit can then be cleaned with your favorite all-purpose degreaser and warm water. Grates can be cleaned with cleaner and a wire brush. The easiest and most efficient method is the use of a high-pressure washer.
What maintenance is required on my trailer unit?
Aside from the obvious cleaning and spot painting if necessary, all trailer models have E-Z Lube wheels that should be greased once or twice a year depending on usage.
Are trailer units road worthy?
Yes, when properly hitched to an appropriate towing unit and local laws are obeyed. We currently have documentation to title and register trailers in most states.

Can I pick up my new unit or must it be shipped? Yes, arrangements can be made to pick up any unit in the Central PA region.
Will a roaster fit into my pickup?
The following units fit conveniently into a standard 8' bed:
PR-42, PR-60, PR-72, BBQ-26S, BBQ-26, BBQ-42, BBQ-36, BBQ-60, SQ-36.
How are cookers shipped?
All cookers are shipped via common carrier. Freight charges are based on business-to-business delivery. If special handling is required, such as shipping to a residential address or the unit requires a truck with a power ramp because there is no help unloading there will be additional charges.
Do any of the seasonings have MSG in their contents?
No.
What is the base of Meadow Creek sauces?
Tomato sauces.
